Barbara Benavides, Project Assistant, joined our team over ten years ago bringing a professional and systematic approach to running an efficient office. From the initial preparation to the completion of each project she prepares all proposals and correspondence to include AIA contract documents to be executed by the client and the subcontractors. Design and Construction schedules are then generated for all field personnel, so that everyone is in tune with each phase of the project at all times. Preparation and issuance of field change orders and final release of liens are generated as necessary. Also, throughout each project every billing item received in office is reviewed and audited to ensure all items are within the correct percentage of completion, and within the contracted amount. She remains the focal point between the field and office making sure everything runs smoothly from Clients and Architects, to Subcontractors and Suppliers. Outside of the project cycle her duties include the preparation of marketing materials in-house for our company.
